Terms and Conditions
Reservations
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: Between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Late check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Unapproved late check-outs will result in an extra charge equal to one full night’s stay.
Payment
After confirming availability, an invoice will be sent.
Full payment or Deposit is required within 48 hours to secure the booking.
If not received on time, your booking will be cancelled.
Payment must be made via Wise or local bank transfer in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Any transaction or currency conversion fees must be covered by the guest.
Cancellation & Date Change Policy
Refunds:
More than 1 month before check-in: 100% refund
14 days to 1 month before check-in: 50% refund
Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund
Refunds are processed in IDR, minus any transfer or currency exchange fees.
Changing Dates
Requests must be made at least 14 days before original check-in.
Changes depend on availability.
If new dates aren’t available, the cancellation policy applies.
New stay must occur within 6 months of the original booking.
Force Majeure
Nuna Surf does not offer refunds for cancellations caused by:
Epidemics or pandemics
Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanoes)
Political unrest, terrorism, or war
Strikes or transport disruptions
Other unforeseen events
We recommend having travel insurance that covers such events.
Cancellation by Nuna Surf
In rare cases, Nuna Surf may cancel your booking if:
Services cannot be provided
Guest safety is at risk
In such cases, a full refund will be given.
Additional costs (like flights, visas, etc.) are not covered.
Contract Terms & Booking Validity
Contract Formation
Bookings must be submitted via email or booking form.
Contract is valid once payment is received in full in IDR.
In case of payment issues, Nuna Surf will reach out.
Booking Conditions
All bookings are subject to availability.
Unpaid or unconfirmed bookings may be cancelled and resold.
Prices and terms apply as stated at the time of booking.
Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for ensuring:
Passport with at least 8 months validity and 2 empty pages
A valid visa, if required
Liability & Guest Responsibilities
Disclaimer Nuna Surf is not liable for:
Injuries, illnesses, or accidents during your stay
Allergic reactions, bites, stings, or other natural events
Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
Guests take full responsibility for themselves on and off property.
Property Damage Guests are responsible for any damage to:
Rooms (e.g., furniture, toilets, bedding)
Surfboards or rented equipment
Car & Motorbike Rentals
Nuna Surf does not own or operate rental vehicles.
We only assist in connecting guests with providers.
We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages during rental use.
